Sesame Balls with Red Bean Stuffing
1.
Knead the noodles first, and cover the dough with plastic wrap for ten minutes.
2.
Pull the dough into small pieces and roll them into round pieces with a rolling pin.
3.
Put the red bean paste that you bought in advance in a bowl (you can cook a sweet potato with a rolling pin and mash it with a rolling pin to reduce the sweetness of the bean paste (⊙o⊙)).
4.
Put an appropriate amount of bean paste in the middle of the dough, knead it, knead it round, and roll it with sesame seeds. The perfect sesame ball is just fine. If you don’t have a pot like mine, you can just put more of it and fry it .
5.
Put the balls rolled with sesame seeds in a small hole pot one by one, and it will take about 10-20 minutes.
Tips:
If the dough does not stick to the sesame seeds, you can put a little oil in the bowl with the sesame seeds. This will ensure that the sesame seeds will stick to the dough and make the sesame oil more fragrant (⊙o⊙).
