For health preservation in winter, add sesame seeds to the staple bread to supplement calcium. Red bean paste is good for replenishing qi and blood, so I recommend this staple food:"

Sesame Bean Paste Bread

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Put liquid water and eggs first, and add oil (if butter is used, use the post-oil method, add butter when making the noodles for the first time)

3. Add flour, yeast, yeast can not be put together with salt, yeast is best buried in flour

4. Kneaded dough

5. I held the SLR camera in one hand and took pictures of myself. I could only stretch the surface to this extent. Look at the tip of my hand and rub out the glove film.

6. After basic fermentation for 1 hour (fermentation to 2.5 times larger) how to test the fermentation success: stick the index finger into the dry flour, insert it into the dough, and do not shrink back.

7. Exhaust, you need to rub hard at this stage

8. Divide equally into 9 portions, spheronize, and ferment for 15 minutes

9. Put red bean paste as shown

10. As shown

11. Cut two sections with a knife as shown in the figure, then cut again, don’t cut

12. Two together

13. Ferment in a warm place, cover with plastic wrap

14. On the fermented dough, brush a layer of egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with sesame seeds

15. Preheat the oven in advance, fire up and down 180 degrees, and cook out in 20 minutes.

16. Baked

17. Finished product

Tips:

It can be replaced with other fillings, and vegetable oil can be used instead of butter.
