Sesame Cake
1.
Pour water into the basin, add fine sugar and mix well
2.
Add corn oil
3.
Stir well
4.
Sift in plain flour and baking soda
5.
Then add 30 grams of cooked white sesame seeds
6.
Knead into a uniform dough with your hands
7.
Divide the flour into small balls of 10 grams each and place them on the baking tray, leaving a certain space between them
8.
Then pick up a small ball and press it flat in the palm of your hand
9.
Dip both the front and the back in the 80g bowl of cooked sesame
10.
Dip it evenly, then put it back in the baking dish
11.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, turn on the upper and lower heat, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes
Tips:
1. The sesame seeds are easy to fall off after roasting. You can brush a layer of protein liquid on the cake body before dipping the sesame seeds to improve this;
2. If it is raw sesame seeds, roast it in the oven at 150 degrees before using it, and then use it after cooling down.
