Sesame Candies

Chop the oil residue, add sugar, black and white sesame seeds, mix well and set aside

Add warm water and 200 grams of high-gluten flour to the old noodles and knead into a dough. Cover the bowl and leave to ferment at room temperature overnight (refrigerate and ferment in summer)

Ferment to twice the size, add appropriate amount of alkaline water, knead well, let stand for 15 minutes, divide into pieces

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on it, after proofing, steam for about 12 minutes after airing
Tips:
1. The time for proofing and steaming should not be too long, the melting of the sugar in the filling will affect the taste
