Sesame Crackers

Beat the eggs and powdered sugar evenly.

Pour in rice bran oil and beat well until the oil and egg mixture are combined.

Add black sesame seeds.

Sift in low-gluten flour and stir into a batter.

Put it in the piping bag.

Squeeze it onto the baking sheet (if it is not a non-stick baking sheet, line it with greased paper), try to bake it as thinly as possible to make it crispy.

Preheat the oven, and fire the middle layer up and down at 140 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Keep the baked biscuits in a sealed bag to prevent moisture.
9.
The fragrant and crisp sesame seeds are crispy.
