Sesame Crackers

Add icing sugar to the eggs and mix well with a manual whisk.

Add corn oil and mix well.

Add sesame seeds and mix well.

Sift in low-gluten flour and stir evenly.

Take a darker cup, put it in the piping bag, and pour the batter into the piping bag.

Squeeze the batter into a non-stick baking pan (if it is not a non-stick baking pan, use oil paper), make it thinner, so that it will be more crispy.

Put it in the preheated oven, middle level, upper and lower heat, bake at 110 degrees for about 12 minutes, and the surface will be golden brown.

Take it out, let it cool, and keep it sealed.
