Sesame Crispy Bread
1.
Put all the ingredients into the bread body, put the liquid ingredients first, and finally put the milk powder, flour, yeast and soda noodles
2.
Start the bread dough process, that is, the dough will be automatically fermented for 1 hour after 30 minutes of mixing. It will be done in 90 minutes. If you knead it by hand, you can knead it as smooth as possible and ferment it.
3.
After taking out the dough, it is directly divided into small dough balls and rounded. Don’t be too big, I divided them into 16, there is no trick, just round the circle, you can knead it once, then roll it and then operate, it is very smooth
4.
The three materials of sesame, sugar and flour are mixed in equal parts with the crisp base material. I used a mixture of black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds. This one is arbitrary. Dip the bottom of the spheronized small agent with water, and put it directly on the crispy bottom material and dip it
5.
Brush the bottom of the mold with more oil as much as possible, which is more fragrant. The small steamed buns dipped in the base material are directly placed in the baking tray, covered, and then fermented for a second time for half an hour
6.
After the second fermentation is completed, you can brush a layer of milk and sprinkle some black sesame seeds, like a small bread. You can also do nothing and just bake it, whatever you want
7.
Preheat the oven up and down at 170 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
Tips:
The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste. If you don't want to eat sweet ones, you can keep it at all.
When making steamed buns, I like to put some soda noodles. It feels very fragrant. The taste of noodles and bread with soda noodles is different. If you don't like soda noodles, you can leave it alone. In fact, I have been making pasta for a long time, and I really just put the ingredients casually. As long as the ratio of flour and liquid is mastered, I can debug it myself, and I can write down the ingredients of the recipe and save it for later use.
Different ovens have different roasting temperatures. It depends on the temperament of your own oven to adjust the fire power and time.
