Sesame Crispy Peanuts

Prepare the required raw materials.

Prepare a small bowl, add 2 spoons of flour, a little baking soda, add water and stir to form a paste.

After the peanuts are rinsed, let stand to drain.

Put the drained peanuts into the batter and mix well.

Add sunflower oil in a small pot and heat until 30% hot.

Put the battered peanuts into the pot, fry them on a low fire, and pull them apart with chopsticks.

Fry until the peanuts are golden on the surface.

Remove and drain the oil and set aside.

After the remaining oil in the pot comes out, add sugar and appropriate amount of water, and boil on low heat until it is saccharified and browned, then turn off the heat.

Add the fried peanuts and white sesame seeds, and quickly stir evenly while they are hot. Be sure to coat each peanut with liquid sugar.

Put it into a baking pan covered with tarp, spread it out and let it cool. After it is completely cool, put it in a fresh-keeping box and keep it tightly sealed to avoid regain moisture.
Tips:
Add a little baking soda to the roux to make the fried peanuts more crispy in taste.
