Kung Pao Chicken

Wash the chicken and dice. Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Dice cucumber and carrot.

Put oil in the pan, add the pepper aniseed when it's hot, then add the green onion, ginger, garlic, cucumber, and carrot and stir fry.

Add the diced chicken and fry until the meat changes color.
5.
Finally, add peanuts and stir-fry until cooked and ready to be served.
