Microwave Spiced Peanuts
1.
Rinse the raw peanuts with water and drain the water.
2.
All the spices are poured into a bowl or crisper that can be heated in a microwave oven.
3.
Mix the seasonings thoroughly, add 1 large cup of water, cover the lid (the lid should have vents, or use a tightly sealed lid like me), put it in the microwave, and heat on high heat for 2 minutes. This allows the salt and sugar in the seasoning to melt sufficiently.
4.
Take the heated seasoning box out of the microwave, open the lid, and pour raw peanuts into it (be careful of hot air), so that the surface of the liquid has just been immersed in the peanuts.
5.
Cover the lid again, put it in the microwave, and heat it on high heat for 3 minutes.
6.
After heating, use a slotted spoon or a sieve to remove the peanuts from the soup and drain the water
7.
Spread it flat on a large plate, put it in the microwave, and heat it on high for 2 minutes.
8.
Take it out of the microwave, turn the peanuts over with a spoon, and put them in the microwave for three minutes on high heat. At this time, you will hear a small popping sound in the microwave oven, which is the sound of the outer skin bursting. This sound means that it is almost the same.
9.
Finally, turn the peanuts over again, heat it on high heat for 30 seconds, take it out and let it cool, rub it with your hands, the red coat will fall off as thin and brittle as in the picture, and you are done.
Tips:
Because the power of the microwave oven is different, it is necessary to adjust the time according to different microwave ovens.
