Sesame French Sponge Cake

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 185 grams of low-gluten flour, 140 grams of caster sugar, 45 grams of vegetable oil, appropriate amount of black and white sesame seeds

Knock the eggs into the basin and use a mixer to stir until the batter is lifted. The scratches will not disappear immediately.

Sift in low-gluten flour in 3-4 times, mix well, add vegetable oil, continue to mix evenly. Pour it into a baking dish lined with tarp, gently shake out a large bubble, sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds.

Tips:
1. Eggs need to be warmed up in advance
2. Insert a toothpick into the cake, and after pulling it out, there is no cake paste, which means it is cooked
3. When mixing the batter, be careful not to stir in a circular motion to avoid defoaming
