Sesame Fungus Mixed with Melon Peel

Wash the black fungus with water and put it in a boiling water pot to blanch the water for two minutes, then take it out and let it cool for later use.

Remove the outer hard skin of the watermelon rind and cut into strips.

Put the cut melon strips in a bowl, add a little salt to marinate for 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, and control the moisture.
