Sesame Garland Bread

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket

Knead for 15 minutes and add butter for another 15 minutes

Fermented to double size

Divide round and relax for 15 minutes, divide into 10 parts in total

Take a portion and roll it out, thin the bottom edge, roll it up from top to bottom, and roll it into a long strip

Roll it into about 30cm, if it’s a bit difficult, relax it in the middle and then rub it longer
7.
Twist in two sets into a twist shape, close the mouth and pinch tightly
8.
Brush with water and dip in sesame seeds
9.
Put it on the baking tray for second fermentation
10.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until the color is satisfactory
Tips:
Pinch tightly at the closing.
