Sesame Onion Udon

Sliced onion (actually it becomes shreds when it is fried); mince garlic;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add some olive oil, add onions and stir-fry evenly over medium-low heat;

Add minced garlic and stir-fry evenly;

Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly;

Continue to stir-fry until the onion becomes soft and slightly yellowed, turn off the heat;

Put the sesame paste, soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar together in a large bowl, and add an appropriate amount of cold water;

Stir evenly to form a smooth sauce;

Add the fried onions and set aside;
9.
Boil the udon noodles in a pot of boiling water, add a little salt when boiling;

Remove and drain slightly;

Put it in the sauce while it's hot;

Mix well, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds, and serve.
Tips:
1. I use dried udon noodles. If the udon noodles are soaked in water, just try it out according to the instructions.
2. You can also match some cucumbers, carrots, etc., for better nutrition. It just happened that there was no more at home, so I didn't release it.
