Sesame Paste

Right amount of glutinous rice flour, pan, dry stir-fry

Stir-fry until slightly yellow, and stir-fry glutinous rice flour

Ripe black sesame seeds are sold in supermarkets, but I didn’t fry them lazily. Put it in a blender and break it up.

Mix black sesame flour into glutinous rice flour. Black sesame seeds need to be powdered in stages, and they will form lumps. Basically, the ratio of black sesame and glutinous rice flour is 5:1.

Mix the sesame aleurone without adding sugar.

Use boiling water to make sesame paste powder, add appropriate amount of sugar according to taste.
