Sesame Paste

Soak the rice in water for 2 hours

Prepare black sesame seeds

Stir-fry black sesame seeds over low heat. Put a little black sesame in a clean and dry bowl, and then discard it. If there is no black sesame in the bottom of the bowl, it is cooked.

Filter the black sesame and rice with water to remove impurities for later use.

Add black sesame seeds and rice to 660 grams of water.

Put it into a food processor and grind it into a fine slurry.

Due to the relatively large amount, only part of it can be beaten into pulp.

Add lard to a pot and boil, then add sugar and cook until dissolved.

Then slowly pour the fine paste, remember to stir evenly. If it's thick like me, just add some boiling water and mix thoroughly when you eat. The thickness is determined by yourself.

Eat it hot
