Traditional Chinese medicine believes that sesame is sweet in taste and has a calming nature. It has the effects of nourishing blood, moisturizing the intestines, clearing the milk, and nourishing hair. For example, black sesame has the effects of nourishing and healthy skin and blackening gray hair. The vitamin E in black sesame is very rich, which can delay aging, and has the functions of moisturizing the five internal organs, strengthening bones and muscles, and replenishing vitality.

This is the sesame seeds grown by my mother-in-law. I usually add a little when cooking porridge or making soy milk, but there are a lot of sesame seeds at home, so I thought of making sesame paste. This day, a bowl of warm sesame paste is still very warm. "
