To learn to make homemade pork floss, I wanted to learn it very early; but because I didn’t have a bread machine, and I was afraid that the frying would go wrong, I kept it on hold. In the spring, I used the microwave oven and tried to use the "fried bean dregs and pork floss", which is the "bean dregs" filtered when using the "five-grain soybean milk", plus light soy sauce, salt, sugar, salad oil and other condiments. Turn on high heat for a few times. Take it out and stir, turn it around a few times, and take it out again. The effect is good. My son didn't even eat it and it was made with okara.
At the end of last year, I just exchanged the bread maker. I have to try its various functions to satisfy my wish and learn how to make pork floss. It’s really killing two birds with one stone~~~
Maybe it’s because the meat was beaten by myself, which made the finished product almost fluffy, but the taste is not bad~~~

Sesame Pork Floss

1. Prepared lean pork leg: 543 grams

2. After removing the membranes and tendons, cut into pieces: 500g whole

3. Add green onions, ginger and water, cover and simmer on high heat

4. After the water is boiled, skim off the foam

5. Pour in the right amount of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of half table salt, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes

6. Take it out and let it cool, and weigh it after cooling: 250 grams

7. Torn into thin strips

8. Use a rolling pin to roll into pieces. Remarks: This is the wrong step, you should roll it first, then tear it, and the meat will become fluffy.

9. Pour into the bread bucket, add 1 spoon of sugar

10. 1.5 tablespoons light soy sauce

11. 1.5 tablespoons of salad oil

12. Load into the bread machine, start the jam program 1:05

13. After a program is over, add another 20 minutes, but it feels that the dryness is not enough. After adding black and white sesame seeds, bake it for another 20 minutes.

14. The finished product came out: weighing: exactly 150 grams, no more, no less. It tastes good, but the fluffy is not soft enough

Tips:

1. Choose lean pork
2. After letting cool, roll it out first and then tear it out, the effect is good
3. After being completely cooled, put it in a fresh-keeping box, and it is safest to eat as soon as possible
