Sesame Pork Floss and Sweet Potato Mashed

The sweet potatoes are cleaned and steamed in a pot.

Use a small spoon to press the steamed sweet potatoes into puree. (The red sweet potato is very sweet without sugar)
3.
Sprinkle with black and white (ripe) sesame seeds.
4.
Sprinkle with pork floss.
5.
Finished picture, low-fat healthy regimen.
