Sesame Potato Balls

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into a steamer and steam them (there is no sweet potato at home, so we use sweet potatoes instead)

Press it into a puree while it is hot, add a spoonful of condensed milk and stir evenly

Add a small amount of flour several times to form a softer dough and let stand for 20 minutes

Spread a little oil on your hands, take a little dough and place it in your palm to form a ball

Put a layer of sesame in the sesame seeds and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and cook until 60% of the heat. Add the sesame ball and fry until the surface is golden.
