Sesame Sandwich Seaweed
1.
To make the sauce, put water in the small milk pot first.
2.
Then pour in children's soy sauce, oyster sauce, and maltose.
3.
Boil on low heat until the maltose melts, turn off the heat immediately, let cool and set aside.
4.
Take 2 slices of seaweed and brush the sauce on the rough side. It must be evenly brushed.
5.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or other nuts.
6.
Align the 2 sheets of seaweed, cover them, and compact them with a rolling pin. Be sure to compact them.
7.
Preheat the oven at 90 degrees, place the sandwich seaweed on the grill, 3D wind, and bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. The sauce must be aired to room temperature before brushing.
2. It must be compacted, otherwise it is easy to wrinkle.
3. It must be baked on the grilling net, it will be horrible to put it on the baking tray.
4. Brush both pieces of seaweed with sauce, otherwise it will be easy to open and won't stick.
5. The amount in the formula can make 24 sheets of seaweed.
