Sesame Sauce

Wash the skin you bought, soak in cold water for later use

Add vinegar and olive oil

Add sesame oil and salt
5.
Add minced garlic and stir well and set aside

Wash and shred cucumber

Remove the skin and add the shredded cucumber

Pour in the tuned juice

Add chopped Chaotian pepper and stir evenly
