Prepare materials

Separate egg whites and egg yolks

I have preheated the oven at 190 degrees and bake it for 20 minutes. I personally feel that the oven time is different.

Once out of the pan, let it cool and you can cut into pieces

Um, the size of the cut varies, but you can eat it with strawberry flavor and a touch of vanilla flavor. Next time I personally think that I should reduce the sugar, and I don't like it too sweet.

There is no low-gluten flour, ordinary flour used, if you use low-gluten, it may be better
