Tips:

Wrap the oily skin in the water skin and roll it out. After folding, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before operating it again. (I am in a hurry, the layering is not obvious)
The puff pastry can also be folded into four layers, and there will be more layers in the baked layer.
Remember to sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour every time you roll the skin to prevent the pastry from sticking to the cutting board or rolling pin.
The roasting time and temperature are adjusted appropriately according to your own oven.
