Except for the purple sweet potato and dried raisins, left behind with an egg yolk, add the rest of the ingredients into the bread machine, and then start the kneading program. I used the kneading program twice here.

Taking advantage of the time for the bread maker to make the noodles, I steamed the purple potatoes in a pot, then made it into a mashed purple potato and added raisins

After the two kneading functions are over, I pull out the mixing page. I can’t find the cling film for a while, so I just put the dough in the fresh-keeping bag and put it in the bread maker, and unplug the bread maker to ferment at room temperature.

After the dough was fermented, I forgot to take pictures. Exhaust the fermented dough, divide it into three equal parts, and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. I made it a little round here, and then spread the raisin purple potato mash evenly

Make three small rolls, put them in the bread machine and let them ferment naturally.

When the bread is almost fermented, add a little white sesame seeds to the remaining egg yolk, mix well, and set aside. After I adjusted it, I don’t remember to take a picture, here is the remaining egg liquid

After the bread was fermented, I spread the sesame egg liquid on the surface, and then turned on the baking function. I adjusted it for forty-five minutes.

There were more than ten minutes to finish the baking, the little guy clamored to go shopping, so he went out, and when he came back, the smell of the house was full as soon as he entered the door.
