Prepare the ingredients for making bread

Tips:
1. When rolling, it should be rolled according to the size and shape of the mold
2. Different brands of flour have different water absorption. Do not pour the water all at once, leave a mouthful and adjust when mixing.
3. It is better to use milk instead of water without milk powder
4. The temperature and time of the oven should be set according to your own oven
5. The old noodles are the dough left after the last time the bread was made. It should be kept in the refrigerator. It should not be too long because it will become sour.
