#四session Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#mirror Cake
1.
Put the egg whites together in a dry basin.
2.
Use an electric whisk to beat until the egg drops slowly.
3.
Sift in low-gluten flour and stir evenly.
4.
Then add the mixed corn oil and milk and mix well. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
5.
Put the cake batter into an 8-inch cake tin and shake it lightly.
6.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake it at 160 degrees for 50 minutes. Wait for the coolness.
7.
Cut the cool but good cakes into 3 slices.
8.
Put the fresh cream into a dry basin, and whip the cream with ice water. (If it's whipped cream, add some sugar and beat it together, mine is sweet)
9.
Take a piece of cake, spread an appropriate amount of cream, and spread an appropriate amount of raisins. You can also spread your favorite fruits.
10.
Cover the second slice of cake and spread the raisins with the same cream.
11.
Finally, cover the third piece of cake.
12.
Spread the whole cake with cream and put it in the refrigerator. Next, make the mirror.
13.
Put all the ingredients for the mirror surface except the gelatin slices into a small pot and stir until there are no particles. After boiling on the stove, turn to low heat and simmer for a while until the mirror surface thickens and removes from the heat. (Gelatin tablets are soaked in cold water 10 minutes in advance to soften)
14.
Add the soaked gelatin slices and stir until the gelatin slices dissolve, and wait until it cools down to hand temperature.
15.
Take out the cake, put it on the baking net, put a large plate under it to recover the excess glaze, and gently pour the cool and good mirror surface on the surface of the cake. Put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours until the mirror surface solidifies.
16.
Take out the frozen cake and use a knife to carefully move the cake to the cake pan.
17.
Add your favorite fruit or chocolate to decorate it. (I put the chocolate left over from the last time I made the birthday cake)
Tips:
The mirror must be cooled down to the hand temperature, which is probably below 30 degrees. Otherwise, the high temperature will melt the butter. Master the temperature, and it should not be too cold, otherwise the uneven glaze will affect the mirror brightness effect.
The remaining mirror surface material can be stored in the refrigerator, can be used again, and it can be heated back to the oven when it is used. Does not affect the mirror brightness effect.
