#四session Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#orange O-shaped Cake Roll
1.
Let's cook orange slices and orange juice first. Cut an orange into thin slices, at least 5 slices, add appropriate amount of water and 30 grams of fine sugar to boil the white skin of the orange until soft, and retain the orange juice.
2.
Place the oranges in the baking dish with kitchen paper towels to soak up the moisture. Try to be as compact as possible, as shown in the picture.
3.
Separate the eggs, add 50 grams of cold orange juice to the egg yolks, and 45 grams of corn oil into it, and stir evenly by hand.
4.
Sift in the low flour and mix the egg yolk paste evenly and finely with the Z-N-shape technique. Don't over-mix the batter which will cause gluten.
5.
Add 50 grams of caster sugar to the egg whites three times and beat with a whisk.
6.
Just hit wet hair.
7.
Take one third of the meringue into the egg yolk batter and stir well.
8.
Pour it back into the remaining meringue and mix it with the J-shaped technique.
9.
The mixed cake batter is thick, delicate and shiny.
10.
Pour the cake batter into the baking pan and use a scraper to smooth the surface.
11.
Preheat the oven in advance, the upper and lower fire 155 degrees, the middle layer bake for 33 minutes.
12.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool on the grill.
13.
Remove the greased paper or tarp from the front upside down grilling net.
14.
Cut off 1 cm from the upper and lower sides, otherwise the O-shape will be very thick. Spread butter cream and put orange flesh in the center.
15.
Lift the greased paper, and wrap the two sides tightly with two hands facing each other, which means that the two sides are pressed together to form a seam. Wrap tightly in the refrigerator and refrigerate for half an hour to shape.
16.
Cut pieces after shaping.
17.
Full of orange fragrance.
Tips:
The baking pan is 28*28 gold pan covered with tarp, so that the towel surface is easy to come out.
You can also avoid O rolls, just normal rolls.
The baking temperature and time are adjusted according to the temperature of your own oven.
