Look inside the Korean drama. The hostess was so excited when she talked about eating barbecue. Every time I watch the hostess pick up lettuce and wrap it with barbecue and kimchi, it feels very delicious. Well, don’t envy others, let’s make it at home. It's not authentic, but it's a relief. And the most important thing is convenience and quickness~ Cut the meat, add the marinade and mix, marinate, bake in the oven, OK, serve, it’s that simple~"

Ingredients

1. The two marinades in the picture are used.

2. The pork belly can be frozen in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for 2.30 minutes, and it will be slightly frozen and firm, so it is easy to cut. The pork belly should be thinly sliced and thick as you like, I like thinly sliced~

3. Put the cut pork belly in a basin, add a packet of Daxida original barbecue sauce, and an appropriate amount of honey marinade.

4. Mix the meat and seasonings well. Marinate for about 30 minutes. It can be marinated longer if you have plenty of time. I always cut them at noon, marinate them in the freezer for an afternoon, and roast them for dinner.

5. Put tin foil on the baking tray with the matte side facing up. The tin foil next to the baking tray can be slightly higher to prevent grease from leaking onto the baking tray during baking. Lay the meat neatly on the grill pan.

6. Put on the crescent-shaped potatoes and onions. Put it into the preheated oven and bake the middle layer at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (the roasting time depends on the thickness of the meat to increase or decrease the baking time.)

7. The roasted meat is taken out and placed on a plate.

8. I ate this barbecue with lotus leaf tongs, and I feel so satisfied.

9. Make an appointment for barbecue 😍
