Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bucket of the bread machine, and set the kneading program.

Add butter during the rest time of kneading to continue.

After the kneading process is over, it becomes a moist dough.

Select the bread machine fermentation function, when the dough is fermented to twice its original volume. (Dip some flour with your fingers in the middle, poke the hole without shrinking, it means it will be fermented)

Take out the dough and divide it into 5 equal parts, round it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Flatten five portions of dough and roll them into thin slices. (It must be larger than the area of the bottom of the mold)

Spread melted butter on the first piece of dough.

Press the second piece on top of the first piece with butter.

Stack the 5 sheets one by one, leaving the last sheet without butter.

According to the size of the mold, repair the excess surface around the dough piece. As shown in the figure above, it is equally divided into 16 blocks.

Roll 16 pieces in turn and put them into the bottom of the mold for the second fermentation.

After fermentation, brush the whole egg liquid on the surface, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Tips:
1. The liquid volume of bread should be controlled flexibly, because the water absorption of flour is different.
2. The temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to your own oven. The temperature in the recipe is only a reference value.
