Prepare the materials, as shown in the left picture, the water absorption of each flour is different, increase or decrease the water according to the actual situation.

Pour the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and mix them well. Add the softened butter at 20 minutes. Knead the dough for another 20 minutes. I use an ACA bread machine, and two kneading programs are enough. If a friend who does not have bread needs to knead it by hand, it is easier to get the film out by beating it.

I use the ACA bread machine for fermentation. Fermentation is sufficient for about 1 hour, and it will not rebound immediately or collapse when you poke it in.

Exhaust the fermented dough and divide it into 35 evenly small doughs, each about 16 grams. Relax for 15 minutes

Make a group of five small doughs and roll them into small round pieces. Rub the custard into a long strip.

Make a group of five, stack them up, and put the custard filling at the end.

Roll up the dough, cut into two pieces with a knife, and two rose words are ready.

Put it into an 8-inch cake mold as shown in the picture on the right. I used a chiffon cake mold, so use oil paper on the side to prevent sticking. If it is a non-stick mold, you can omit it.

Leave it in the oven to ferment for 40 to 50 minutes. When it grows to double its size, you can brush it with egg mixture and put it in the oven for baking. Because it is a cake mold, it is a bit high. Put it in the middle and lower layer of the oven. It is best not to put it in the middle, so that the top is easy to burn. I put it in the penultimate floor of the oven. Bake at 160 degrees for 35 minutes. I use an ACA oven, which can adjust the temperature up and down, so the lower tube is generally lowered by 10 degrees. The temperature of each oven is different, please pay attention to the last few minutes.
