Jujube puree, red bean paste and walnut kernels are mixed into fillings for later use;

The oily skin and shortbread are divided into 24 equal parts (the photo here is half the amount);

Squeeze the oily skin by hand and pack it into the oily pastry, with the mouth facing down;

The oily skin is flattened by hand, rolled into a tongue shape, and rolled into a tube to relax for 10 minutes;

The relaxed long roll is rolled into a rectangle again into a rectangle;

Squeeze the middle of the rectangle by hand, squeeze the two ends and squeeze it by hand;

Pack the jujube puree and walnut filling (I used a small spoon to dig and wrap it, and the filling amount is almost enough to cover it), squeeze and close the mouth down;
