Shacha Beef Stir-fried Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd, dig out the flesh, cut diagonally into thicker slices, marinate evenly with salt for 10 minutes to remove some of the bitterness.

Wash the pickled bitter gourd once or twice and squeeze the water a little.

Cut the braised beef into thin strips.

Preheat the wok and pour oil, add bitter gourd and stir fry.
5.
When the bitter gourd is ripe, add beef and shacha sauce and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add soy sauce to taste, stir and fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
You can make more braised beef at a time, separate it and store it in the cold, which is very convenient for stir-fry or cold salad.
