Shacha Noodles

First prepare the raw materials, pick and wash the chicken and mung bean sprouts, and remove the shrimp thread from the shrimp.

Tofu in oil, all two, set aside

Three shrimps head and shell, the other three are left intact

Put the shrimp heads and shells in boiling water, boil it, remove the shells, and save the shrimp soup for later use
