Shacha noodles is a famous soup noodle snack widely popular in Southeast Asia. Shacha noodles in China are divided into southern Fujian sand tea, Guangdong Chaoshan sand tea and other flavors. The beauty lies in the production of sand tea sauce. The sauce is then made into the soup, and the Sha Cha Noodles in Xiamen is the model. The only apprentice chef and technician Wang Daquan who taught the Sha Cha Noodle recipes of the Southern Fujian gourmet master Yang Jibo inherited the tradition and carried it forward. Shacha sauce is composed of more than ten kinds of ingredients such as dried shrimp, dried fish, shallots, garlic, and ginger. It is deep-fried and crisped and then ground to make Shacha sauce for later use.
At the end of last year, I went to Xiamen with my friends and tasted a lot of local snacks. Only this bowl of shacha noodles eaten on Gulangyu Island impressed me the most. The taste of shacha sauce is very fresh and fragrant. Paired with shrimp, fish balls and bean sprouts, it's delicious, don’t want it~

1. First prepare the raw materials, pick and wash the chicken and mung bean sprouts, and remove the shrimp thread from the shrimp.
