After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles to the cook and remove the water to control

Put it on a larger plate, immediately add sesame oil and mix well, then cool it with an electric fan

Add vinegar to the sesame sauce, mix well, then pour in cold water while stirring to form a thick sauce

Pour fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and water into the pot and bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let cool

First put the noodles on the plate and drizzle the sauce, sesame paste, spicy oil, and then sprinkle the white sesame seeds and green onion (the spicy oil can be omitted if you don’t eat it)
Tips:
1. The noodles of cold noodles are specially made in the noodle shop, steamed, or homemade.
2. After the noodles are picked up, add oil immediately, mix well and blow cool, so that the noodles are distinct and smooth.
3. The sauce can be prepared according to your own preferences. The chopped green onion is added for taking pictures. Generally, we don’t add chopped green onion when eating.
