Prepare the ingredients, soak the dried mushrooms in clean water beforehand

Cut the mushrooms with a blade, slice the winter bamboo shoots, change the onion, ginger, and garlic with a knife for later use

Boil water in a small pot, blanch the mushrooms and bamboo shoots

Heat the pot, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic

Stir fry with winter mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots

Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar

Dip and sprinkle the cooking wine along the side of the pot to remove the fishy smell and enhance the aroma, then add the light soy sauce, braised soy sauce, and a little water to cook

When the soup in the pot is almost dry, add a little oyster sauce to improve the freshness

Pour a thin slice of gorgon

Tips:
1. Although winter bamboo shoots are widely used, they contain more insoluble calcium oxalate. Patients with urethral and kidney gallstones should not eat more; due to cold, spleen deficiency and intestinal slippery, the elderly and infirm, indigestion, infants and young children are best not to eat ;
2. Shiitake mushrooms are "fat" and should not be eaten by those suffering from spleen and stomach cold and dampness and intractable skin itching.
