Steamed Chicken with Red Dates and Mushrooms

Soak the dried golden needles and dried mushrooms in water in advance

Clean half of the chicken, remove the skin and fat on the neck of the chicken, and remove the bottom of the chicken

Tips:
1. You don't need too much seasoning to make this dish. After steaming, there is a small half bowl of soup in the plate, which is the essence, it can be used for bibimbap and noodles;
2. Choose fresh live chickens instead of fat chickens, otherwise the meat will be too hard and greasy.
