Shellfish Can be Delicious---spicy Fried Snails

Ingredients: Oncomelania snails 500 grams, coriander, 3 yellow peppers, 1 garlic, 1 clove Seasoning: mixed oil, appropriate amount of fish sauce, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of MSG, appropriate amount

Wash the vegetables and cut them for later use.

Tips:
*The snails are washed and poured into boiling water and boiled for about 5 minutes, which can effectively kill the parasites (if you are afraid, you can cook for a few more minutes). It took about 11 minutes for me to cook and fry.
*Yellow chili is more spicy, you can substitute other chili if you can't accept it.
*If you don't like coriander, you can use chives or celery instead.
