Then use a knife to cut the shellfish along the opening.

With a gentle break, you can easily separate the oyster shells and rinse off the sticky debris in the meat with clean water.

Put a spoonful of corn oil in the pot, then add half of the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Make a sauce: add half of the sauteed garlic, add half of the raw garlic, add a spoonful of chopped peppers, add a small handful of chopped green onion, and a small spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce. Stir well.

Spoon the sauce into the oysters.

Preheat the ACA oven in advance, put the baking tray in the middle level, adjust the upper and lower heat to 200 degrees, turn on the hot air function, and set the time to 10 minutes.
