Shengjin Huatan Pomelo Skin Big Fish Head

1. Remove the yellow and white peel of grapefruit, cut into pieces and set aside

2. Pour proper amount of boiling water into the basin and soak the grapefruit peel

3. After the water in the basin has cooled to room temperature, drain the water in the grapefruit peel

4. Change the cold water and wash the grapefruit peel 3 times, drain the water each time.

5. After washing, soak in cold water overnight for later use

7. Mince garlic and set aside

8. Slice ginger for later use
