Shepherd's Purse and Bacon Wonton

Pick and wash the shepherd's purse, boil the water in the pot, add a spoon of salt, blanch the shepherd's purse, soften and remove. After some cold water, remove the dried water and chop.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and sauté slightly for later use. Stir the shepherd's purse and bacon evenly.

The ready-made square dumpling wrappers are wrapped with proper amount of stuffing and kneaded into wontons.

Pour water into the pot and boil, add the wontons, then stir to prevent stickiness, cook for 2-3 minutes (high heat), then add pea sprouts and egg skins and cook.
