Slice old tofu and soak in water for later use.

Boil the whole piece of golden ham, golden sausage, and golden bacon for 10 minutes.

Golden ham, Golden sausage, Golden bacon slices.

Spread old tofu on the plate, pour some cooking wine, sprinkle some sugar on the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
5.
After being out of the pot, buckle the meat and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
