In the spring, I dug a lot of shepherd's purse and freeze it in the refrigerator. When I want to eat it, I take it out to make a soup or make dumplings. It tastes great.

Shepherd's Purse and Clam Soup

1. Thaw the shepherd's purse and soak it in water for more than 2 hours.

2. Clean the clams.

3. Wash the shepherd's purse, squeeze out the water, and chop.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add shepherd's purse and stir fry.

6. Add appropriate amount of water and cook.

7. After the water boils, add the clams and continue cooking.

8. Boil until the clam shells open, and add some salt.

Tips:

Choose fresh clams and spit out the sand.
