Shepherd's Purse Dumplings in Sour Soup

Shepherd's purse meat dumplings frozen in the refrigerator.

Red hot peppers, diced tomatoes, green onion ginger, coriander, chopped enoki mushrooms.

Put green onion, ginger, coriander, and red hot pepper in a bowl, make a sauce with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili sauce, and sesame oil.

Bring a proper amount of water to a boil in the pot, put in the frozen dumplings, and push away from the bottom of the pot with a spoon to prevent sticking to the pot.

Boil two rolls, chopped enoki mushrooms, and diced tomatoes in two rolls. Turn off the fire.
