Shepherd's Purse Minced Tofu Soup

Rinse the shepherd's purse, cut off the root end and cut into sections, add the rice wine, oyster sauce, scallion and ginger to the minced meat, mix well, stir-fry in a frying pan.

Cut the tofu into pieces, put it in a pot and add a spoon of salt to the water.

Add water to the stock pot, pour the minced meat into the pot and boil.

Pour the drained tofu into the soup pot.

Pour in starch water to thicken, add appropriate amount of salt to taste after thickening.

Finally add shepherd's purse, turn off the heat after the soup is boiled, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
