Shepherd Pie

Peel the potatoes, cut the beef into puree, diced tomatoes and onions, and steam the potatoes for later use, stir-fry the onions and tomatoes with butter, add minced meat and tomato sauce, red wine, thyme, and low heat for half an hour

Preheat the oven and heat up and down for half an hour until the surface of the potatoes is burnt.
