Shepherd Pie

Chop the tomatoes and use a food processor to smash them for later use

Use a masher to press the garlic into puree, and dice carrots and onions for later use

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot and sauté the onion and minced garlic first.

Then add the minced meat and fry until the color changes

Add tomato juice, add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and stir fry, drizzle in cooking wine and pepper, and boil with boiling water.
