Chicken Broth Stewed Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and fry on both sides slightly

2. The shallots are peeled and must be washed, chopped and put in the meat

3. Add salt, oyster sauce, 2 grams of sugar to the meat filling and mix well

4. Dig a pit in the middle of the tofu, and fill the mixed meat into the tofu

Tips:
