Shepherd Pie
1.
Roast the tomatoes over the fire, peel and dice, and cut the onions into small cubes.
2.
Put a little base oil in the pot, add minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
3.
Add minced beef (the minced pork I used) and stir fry until the color turns white.
4.
Add diced tomatoes and fry until soft, add tomato sauce, red wine, mixed herbs, black pepper and a little hot water to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer.
5.
When the onions and tomatoes are soft and rotten, add salt and sugar to set the taste.
6.
Finally, turn on high heat to collect the soup until thick.
7.
The fried meat sauce is placed on a pie plate or pizza plate to half the depth of the plate.
8.
Cut potatoes into cubes, steam them, mix with butter, milk, salt, and pepper to make a puree.
9.
Pour the mashed potatoes onto the meat sauce and smooth it out.
10.
Use a fork to draw lines on the surface.
11.
Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until the surface is slightly charred and colored.
