Shiitake Ham Pasta
1.
After the water is boiled, add a spoonful of salt, put the pasta into the pot and cook, occasionally stir twice with chopsticks during the cooking process to prevent stickiness of the pasta.
2.
Dice mushrooms, onions, and ham.
3.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up, add the diced mushrooms and fry for a while, then add the diced onions and continue to fry.
4.
Finally, add the diced ham, and then add the right amount of salt.
5.
Add Knorr tomato sauce (you can pour more) and stir well.
6.
After stirring, turn off the heat and place in the pot.
7.
After the noodles are cooked, remove them and put them in the cold water prepared in advance to cool them down. (It can make the noodle taste better)
8.
The pasta is cooked like this and you can compare it. (If you don’t see it, you can pick one and taste it, as long as the noodles are not hard and the taste of flour is not born.)
9.
Put the cold pasta into the pan of the sauce and stir well until the pasta is coated with tomato sauce. Put the pasta on the plate, spread the vegetables on the pasta and serve. You can also blanch a few broccoli on the plate while cooking the noodles.
10.
Alright! That's it! Isn't it simple? Go ahead and cook some delicious food!
Tips:
1. You can put in your favorite vegetables or ham sausage of your favorite flavor, such as Harbin sausage. (Remember to peel off the outer casing of Harbin sausage!)
2. Add some salt when cooking pasta to prevent stickiness, no need to add cooking oil or olive oil!
3. The sauce is very good to fry, so you have to wait until the pasta is almost cooked before frying, in case the sauce is cold when frying too early.
4. I personally recommend adding more ketchup for better taste. (According to personal taste, but it must be enough to cover all the pasta)
