Shiitake Mushroom Cut Flower Knife

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove their stalks, and place them on a cutting board. The angle between the blade and the cutting board is about 50, and the blade finally falls in the middle of the shiitake mushrooms.

Larger shiitake mushrooms can be typed in the shape of "rice", and small ones can be directly typed in "ten". If it's in a rice shape, it will look like the picture above. Pay attention to the position of the second knife.
